Neighborhood Representative
MARK GUNDLACH
LARMAC believes that each neighborhood within Ladera Ranch should have proper representation with a Neighborhood Rep. The objective of each Neighborhood Representative is to facilitate a strong sense of community within their neighborhood by keeping the neighborhood informed, encouraging social interaction and relationships, and engaging in cooperative communication with LARMAC. Neighborhood Rep Responsibilities Include:
My wife Kristina and I moved to Ladera in 2021 along with our daughter, Leyton, and in the Spring of 2022, our son Nolan was born. We very much enjoy the Lexington neighborhood with all the close-by amenities and friendly neighbors.
I'm no stranger to Ladera, though. I started my real estate career in 2006 and have had the pleasure of helping many Ladera residents with buying, selling and investing. I'm originally from the East Coast (Pennsylvania and New Jersey) and my family moved to Mission Viejo in 1986. I graduated from Capistrano Valley in 1992 and, subsequently, Northern Arizona University.
Kristina and I love to travel and enjoy the beach and many other outdoor activities. We are wine lovers (want to start a wine club, anyone?) and get out as much as we can to try new restaurants. Ladera is the perfect fit for our family and everything we want in a community. I volunteered for the Neighborhood Representative position to have a deeper connection with our neighbors and to stay in the loop of what LARMAC is up to.
I hope we have a chance to connect and get to know each other. I am your advocate for any of your concerns that need to be voiced to LARMAC.
Stay tuned for social activities specific to our neighborhood.
